Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested and a full refund may be issued if the order items have not yet been made. Once the items have been built, the cancellation refund may be subject to a restocking fee.

If a cancellation request is being made for items that have already been made,  the refund will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

If the cancellation request is for items that have been customized beyond the available options on our website, and those items have already been built, the minimum restocking fee will be 30% and may increase based on the customizations complexity.

Returns 

You may request a return for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 

If the return is a result of a StreetPilots error, StreetPilots will pay the return shipping costs. (StreetPilots error may include but is not limited to you receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If the return is not a result of a StreetPilots error, StreetPilots may be able to supply a return label, at the customers expense.

Upon receipt of the return, StreetPilots will inspect the items to determine if they are in new condition, or if they are in need of repair and/or re coating.

Repair and/or re coating costs will be at the customers expense.

StreetPilots will make contact with the customer within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Refunds for returned items that are not due to a StreetPilots error, will be subject to restocking fees as well as any return shipping costs and/or repair and re coat expenses.

Customers should expect to receive refunds within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
